Hi, I’m Jennifer. I believe healing happens when people feel seen, safe, and supported. Life can be overwhelming at times, and navigating anxiety, perfectionism, relationships, trauma, or unwanted patterns can leave you feeling stuck and exhausted. I have a heart for helping individuals and couples move toward healing, freedom, and wholeness in every area of life. I received my Master of Marriage and Family Therapy from The King's University, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate.
